Saturday, February 27th, 2021The Syracuse Academy of Science high school boys Varsity and Junior Varsity basketball teams have faced many a fierce opponent this season with games that were certainly nail biters. The Atoms are currently ranked 4th in their division with two games left in the seasons. Their next game is scheduled for 03/09 against Bishop Grimes. Their season will conclude on 03/11 against their opponent, Bishop Ludden. Good luck, Atoms! Saturday, February 27th, 2021The Syracuse Academy of Science high school Lady Atom’s varsity and JV Basketball teams are having quite the season. The varsity Lady Atoms are currently ranked 3rd in their division and most recently took on cross-town rivals, Christian Brothers Academy.

The next game for the Lady Atoms will be on 03/09 against their opponent Bishop Grimes. Their season concludes on 03/11 against their opponent, Bishop Ludden. Good luck, Atoms! Syracuse Academy of Science had an opportunity to virtually interview Marcus, who shared with us his plans following graduation, his hidden talent, favorite memory at Syracuse Academy of Science and so much more.   • What is one major accomplishment you had in your senior year of high school? Being accepted into my first college!
  • What are your goals for after high school? To go to college and major in Neuroscience.
  • Name one person that inspires you? My older sister.
  • What advice would you give to the next senior class? Don't fall behind in work.
  • Where do you see yourself in five years? I see myself working as a Neuroscientist for a company in Florida.
  • If you could have dinner with any person living or dead who would they be and why? Wilt Chamberlain, because I wanna know if all those myths about him were true.
  • Name three traits that describe you? Annoying, funny, and friendly.
  • What is your favorite hobby? Playing Basketball
  • What is a hidden talent that no one or only a few people know about you? I can secretly do a 360 dunk.
  • What is your favorite memory of SAS? Last year's basketball season.
