#SASAtoms Sweep 2018 CNY Steamboat Challenge

 

On Saturday, October 13, 2018, the #SASCS Robotics team competed in the CNY Steamboat Challenge at the MOST museum. #SASAtoms entered two middle school and five high school teams. Students in the competition were challenged to make and race steamboats powered by the heat of a single tea-light candle. Around twenty-nine teams from across Central New York participated in the event. #SASCS had a strong showing and was awarded First and Second Place in Division 2, and swept Second, Third, and Fourth Place in Division 3.
