Making the MOST of a Field Trip

On Friday, January 11, 2019, hands-on learning was favored and encouraged when SAS Kindergarteners visited Syracuse’s Museum of Science and Technology (MOST). Exploring led to learning about major body parts and how they function: the brain, the heart, lungs, and the five senses. Students dug into facts about layers of the Earth and caves, and they even got to dig for fossils! They put their physical fitness to the test by climbing an awesome rock wall. And they absolutely loved seeing the dinosaur exhibits and learning about different types of dinosaurs.
