SAS Middle School students take part in Hour of Code

On Thursday, December 10th and Friday, December 11th, 2015, the 5th and 6th grade science students participated in the Hour of Code. Students participated as an extension of the newly implemented computer coding curriculum that has been implemented from K-6. Students coded games using Star Wars, Minecraft, Flappy Bird, and Frozen Themes. This is a national event that is enjoyed my millions of students. The Hour of Code is a global movement reaching tens of millions of students in 180+ countries. This event demonstrates the SAS commitment to giving our students 21st century skills.
