Atoms Field Trip was a bit on 'The Wild' Side

First grade Atoms take a field trip to The Wild Animal Park

Tuesday, June 18, 2019—On 14 acres of land, with both domestic and exotic animals, Atoms embarked on a 'wild' adventure. The Wild Animal Park, is a favorite field trip location for many of our students. For the first graders, a highlight was the Tiger Experience Show, where they witnessed a live feeding of Bengal Tigers Kiara and Oden. Atoms learned many fun facts about their feline friends such as when they are on their hind legs, tigers can reach up to 8 feet tall! The adventure continued as the Atoms interacted and fed goats, sheep, llamas, camels, giraffes and ducks! Thank you, The Wild, for your generous hospitality and for making this field trip a wild good time.
