Get Your Snack On with Ms. Dickinson’s Class

Syracuse Academy of Science elementary school Atoms learned how to make a fun healthy and nutritious snack using fresh fruit, granola and yogurt in the Discovery Kitchen.

Wednesday, November 17th, 2021—As the saying goes, if you can’t stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen! Earlier this month Syracuse Academy of Science elementary school students in Ms. Dickinson’s class had an opportunity to enter the Discovery Kitchen and learn how to make delicious, yet nutritious snacks using everyday items like fresh fruit, granola and yogurt.

It was safe to say this cooking lesson left us completely satisfied and hungry for more fun recipes to try at home!
