President of the Golisano Institute Visits SAS HS

Thursday, March 23rd, 2023: Ian Mortimer, the President of the Golisano Institute in Rochester, visited Syracuse Academy of Science high school. The Golisano Institute is a nonprofit that offers a non-traditional alternative to college for high school graduates looking to enter the business world. The two-year certificate program will focus on business and entrepreneurship. The school will help decrease the cost of attending a traditional business school. Students will be charged $8,900 a year with scholarships available. It’s an excellent alternative for students looking to land a career in business or start their own company.
