Winter Holidays Around the World

Syracuse Academy of Science elementary school students learn about various traditions, customs and celebration styles of winter holidays around the world.

Tuesday, December 21st, 2021—Throughout the year, Syracuse Academy of Science elementary school students have been exploring and learning about the various traditions, customs and protocols for winter holidays around the world. Some of the holidays they learned about include (and are not limited to): St. Lucia Day, Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, Boxing Day, Día de Los Muertos, Christmas, and Chinese New Year.
