Superintendent Hayali was instrumental in the expansion of the k-6 elementary program and the driving force behind the replication of Syracuse Academy in Utica, NY. Throughout his career at Syracuse Academy, Dr. Hayali has fostered and strengthened partnerships with students, families, community organizations and higher education institutions. His efforts have been vital in garnering support for programming, educational initiatives and relationship building between students and the community.

An accomplished educator and administrator, Dr. Hayali received his Doctorate of Education in K-12 School Administration from Seton Hall University in June 2013.
