Gratitude in Every Thread
Monday, December 2nd, 2024: This Thanksgiving season, Syracuse Academy of Science Middle School students in Miss Woodhams' 6C class embraced the spirit of gratitude through a creative and meaningful project. Using colorful beads, they crafted bracelets to represent what they’re most thankful for. Each bead color symbolized a different source of gratitude, making every bracelet a personal and heartfelt expression of thankfulness.
Miss Woodhams designed this project to help students reflect on the many blessings in their lives while fostering creativity and mindfulness. By thinking about what they were grateful for—whether it was family, friends, opportunities, or simply the small joys of daily life—students gained a deeper appreciation for the positive aspects of their experiences.
A big shoutout to 6C for their creativity and heartfelt expressions of thankfulness. We’re so grateful for all our SAS Atoms and their hard work! Wishing everyone a joyful and gratitude-filled holiday season!
