Monday, March 16, 2020—Dear parent or guardian, Syracuse Academy of Science students will continue their education online while being away from school during this closure.

We ask that you respond to this brief survey to help our school gather information related to internet access and the availability of technology in your home.

If you have more than one child attending our school, please complete a form for each child.
