Athletics Registration & Forms

We are excited for another great athletic season! Before participating in any athletic program, all student-athletes must complete the required registration forms through Arbiter.

Please review the information below carefully to ensure your student-athlete is cleared to participate.

All sports registrations and required athletic forms must be completed through Arbiter.

Parents/guardians should create an account and complete the registration process for each student-athlete who plans to participate in a sport.

Please make sure all required information and documentation is submitted through Arbiter, including:

Current physical examination
Required medical and health information
Emergency contact information
Parent/guardian information and permissions
Any additional forms required for athletic participation

Important: Student-athletes may not participate in practices, tryouts, or competitions until all required forms and documentation have been completed, reviewed, and approved.

Before Tryouts or Practice

Complete your Arbiter registration as early as possible.
Upload all required documents.
Verify that your physical is current.
Check your Arbiter account to make sure all requirements have been completed.
Allow time for submitted information to be reviewed and approved.

Don't Wait Until the Last Minute!

Registration and document approval can take time. We strongly encourage families to complete the process before the start of tryouts or preseason activities to avoid delays in athletic participation.
