SAS HS Students Earn National Recognition

Tuesday, August 26th, 2025: Syracuse Academy of Science Charter School is proud to celebrate two outstanding high school scholars, Chimir Machiek and Kyauna Williams, who have been recognized by the College Board’s National Recognition Program. 

This honor is awarded to students nationwide who demonstrate exceptional academic achievements. To qualify, recipients must maintain a B+ or higher GPA and excel on the PSAT/NMSQT, PSAT 10, and/or Advanced Placement (AP) Exams.

The College Board National Recognition Programs spotlight students’ academic accomplishments, connecting them with colleges and scholarship opportunities nationwide.

Chimir and Kyauna’s success is a true reflection of the Atom spirit—hard work, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence. We are excited to see what the future holds for these remarkable students!
