Black History Month Door Decorations

Syracuse Academy of Science elementary school teachers decorate the hallways and their classroom doors with pictures and quotes of influential African Americans the students would be learning about in February.

Friday, February 12th, 2021—In preparation for Black History Month, the Syracuse Academy of Science elementary school teachers were busy at work flexing their creativity. Lining the hallways and entrances to their classrooms were filled with pictures and quotes of influential African Americans the Atoms would be learning about throughout the month of February.
