CNY Central Anchor Megan Coleman Inspires Future Leaders at SASCS

Friday, January 31st, 2025: Syracuse Academy of Science Elementary welcomed News Channel 3’s Megan Coleman to visit our Kindergarteners! She shared insights into the exciting news world, covering weather, sports, and politics. Our young Atoms learned that the news isn’t just local—it can be national and even global!

Megan also asked each student what they want to be when they grow up. Some have their sights set on her job, dreaming of being news reporters! Others aspire to be doctors, teachers, police officers, artists, and even... a dinosaur!

Megan reminded them that they can be anything they dream of with hard work—a message that we wholeheartedly believe at SAS.

We love this annual visit and are grateful to Megan for inspiring our future stars!
