Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026: As part of our ongoing Earth Week Speaker Series, we were excited to welcome representatives from Miller Environmental Group to speak with our students.

Kimberly Kohar, Tyson Garvey, and Aimie Longway delivered an engaging presentation on the safe disposal of household chemicals, the environmental cleanup process following disasters, and the protective measures professionals take when working with hazardous materials. Their real-world insights helped students better understand the importance of environmental safety and responsibility.

To extend the learning beyond the classroom, each student received bean seeds to take home and plant, encouraging hands-on engagement with sustainability and environmental stewardship.
